Cape Town. Africa's most glamorous city. Mountains crash down over the city center as you approach the ocean. There is never a shortage of things to do here, and with a week you can cover the highlights. Learn about the country's rich political history through a tour to Robben Island. Shop at some of the continent's top boutiques at the V&A Waterfront and on Long St. Sail up Table Mountain on the gondola and hike up Lion's Head for the best views in town, before relaxing over sun downers on trendy Clifton Beach. And of course, get out of town to sample the wine! The food, the drink and the views are truly some of the finest - its worth spending a few extra dollars to really live it up here!
V&A Waterfront
Shop and walk around the beautiful V&A Waterfront - keep an eye out for ostrich leather products!
Robben Island
Catch the ferry to Robben Island (weather depending - so check before you leave!) and spend a day soaking in SA's history

Cape Town holds some of the continent's best restaurants, and Bizerca Bistro is one of them! The a la Greque starter is highly recommended, with button mushrooms poached in white wine and lemon juice and served with rosa tomatoes, marinated olives, goat cheese, wild arugala and chives.

Jump on an organized tour and explore the natural wonders surrounding Cape Town! Wear good shoes as a few hiking trails are available!
Table Mountain National Park
Head up Table Mountain on the gondola (cable way) for spectacular views of the city. Hike around the top for a few hours, and bring snacks for a picnic lunch, before returning back down on the gondola. Save your climbing legs for Lion's Head!
Lion's Head
Time your climb of Lion's Head to catch the sunset over the city! Make sure to leave 30 minutes of light to return safely to the bottom.
Stellenbosch
Sign up for a full day organized tour of wine country! Walk through the vineyards, sample local wines and learn about the industry over a spectacular lunch. Its worth paying a bit more for a higher quality tour!
